Important Note: Although the current legal structure is Belgian, the founder intends to relocate Alicai’s base to a more globally-oriented and business-friendly jurisdiction such as Singapore, better aligned with our digital-first, borderless approach and long-term vision.
📈 Ownership
As of today, 100% of the shares are owned by Vincent Laurent, founder of Bx Pub and Coursdecouture.org. We are open to equity-based investment for scaling and app development.
